Description
Replaces the FU racial stats of the Neko race from the Neko Alternate mod to be more akin to a cross between Humans and Vel'uuish, and gives Nekos access to Vel'uuish recipes and tech.

I made this because I thought the neko stats were a bit too polarizing and I wanted to play with the Vel'uuish content as a catboy :3
