This is a conversion from an HV to SV as well as getting the final SV to run smoothly in RE/Reforged Eden.

There were some issues getting the cpu to a manageable level. It's still over the limit and that's without weapons. I explored swapping to a base steel body and reducing the thrusters but it didn't feel like a great trade off.
