Now cigarettes can decrease fatigue, the effect is same as a pill of vitamin ( -2 fatigue )

@XJ 目前只对原版的烟有效，根据下面那老哥说的应该是不行，因为它删除了原版香烟而加入了新的烟

Good idea, but incompatible with one of the best smoking mods - Smoker ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2026976958 ). Is it possible to make these mods compatible?
