OCvC Hurricane is a modern artillery-focused destroyer, characterized by high speed and maneuverability. Unfortunately, the ship lacks any ASW (Anti-Submarine Warfare) systems.

Hurricane received a modernization, improving key onboard systems, increasing its speed, installing a modern torpedo launcher, and reorganizing its anti-air defenses.
