Mining facility WIP world Transfer

this is just me being too lazy to transport my worlds by thumb drive. feel free to take a look at it. I used the "(Workshop) Constitution-Class Mining Rover" world to build a partially finished world. I do not encourage you to treat this like a fully finished world and complain about performance issues because as I said, its still WIP (work in progress). althought I encourage you to look around
