Description
Was working on some changes to hack stopper armour for use in my mod OreoCombat and decided to port it over into a separate mod for people to use.

Various changes to Hack stopper armour, transforming it into the only heavy class leather armour.
Having blunt protection on par/better than crab, while also having the lowest cut resistance of any heavy armour.
I also created a new helmet for the Ironclad Reavers aptly named Iron Can, as it is identical to the Tin Can stat wise, differences only being cosmetic to better fit their uniform.

Adds blueprints to some shops for Hack Stopper armour and the Iron Can

I think a series up upgrades going up the Reaver chain is great, like you get more stuff as you go up in ranks. There is a chinese person doing a similar project that I also liked the looks of.

Finally someone give reavers some love and survivability! I dont like they die easily and dont have some acid and harpoon resistance.
