Consistent Hylotl Colors

Description
Changes the belly color of Hylotls to be consistent with their body and fin colors **ONLY** during character creation. Hylotls created before this mod was installed will NOT be affected and they will NOT change.

Should be compatible with any mod that changes Hylotl sprites, as long as the colors haven't been touched.
