Toggling the switch forces the pump to remove all water. Once all the water is gone, the pump turns off.

This is useful for dealing with ballast flora.

Toggle the switch back to make the pump function as a normal ballast pump.

In order to wire it, all you need is a connection from 'velocity_y_out' to singal_in_1' on the middle relay and 'power_in' on the far right relay.
