[AKIRA] Capsule Bike

Description
A recreation of Shotaro Kaneda's bike from Akira.

The Capsule Bike uses the same stats as the Aster Ka10, and is (roughly) the same size.

First person view doesn't (currently) work, as the Character documentation hasn't been posted yet, but once it's been posted I'll update this ship to hide Kaneda in the Cockpit View.

Let me know if there's any issues with it!

The events of Akira are now canon and Kaneda's bike gang have underworld connections to G-Tek.
