A fully functional NPC core. Use this in conjunction with the "NPC Script" device (ID 2949798284)!

- Screen can display emotes and dialog.
- Can await screen click, player approach or leave, as well as destination arrival and time based events.
- Can watch the player to look at specific X,Z coordinates.
- Can follow the player or go to specific X,Z coordinates.
