16 slot Ascension perk

Description
Adds 8 extra ascention perk slots, bringing the total up to 16. Also adds 8 new repeatable techs to get those 8 perks

as far as I know it should still be working, it may show as out of date, but the mod itself should still work

no, UI overhaul has it's own version that works with it

Unfortunate. All of the other AP slot expansion mods I used have stopped working/broken

anything more than 16 slots would require adjustment to the UI to fit on the screen, which I do not have any experience with, it's theoretically possible, but it'd probably need a better modder than me

Any chance of 20-slot and 24-slot versions? No pressure, just wondering.
