1. I couldn’t find a way to trigger teleportation through debug mode—it just didn’t work.
2. Changing the character’s coordinates in the database also had no effect.
3. Transferring the character to a new world won’t help.
How to save your character:
1. Download the Monkey’s Teleporter mod by Monkey .
2. In Steam launch options, set -debug .
3. Load your broken save.
4. Open the debug menu.
5. Select Items List and spawn a Teleporter in your inventory.
6. Find the Teleporter , right-click it, and select Location 1 .
7. If you get kicked to the main menu, reload your save and select Location 2 on your Teleporter .
8. If this helped, visit the Monkey’s Teleporter page and give the author an Award or buy them a coffee for their mod and your saved nerves.
Gotta say tho, it slightly annoys me that i have to handle all that garbage every time i start a new character, so there's a tiny tiny chance i'll jump the couple dozen hoops to get this change done eventually.
I mean, there's also my urge to update some old map mods, but man, that's a double colossal task that i ain't tackling anytime soon.
This will also happen with just the original mod if you try it on an old save btw.
@Drryst nah, the suspension is pretty much collapsed cause of the weight this thing has, i've fixed it on my end but never got around to updating this little mod here, since i don't play multiplayer all that much
It does work and actually drives pretty good if you have better car physics mod though, which i did and that's why i didn't catch the suspension being squashed like that earlier.
@zoon1218 more engine power, more traction, different engine sounds (v8 sounds instead of generic van, makes sense for this monster van) and i've kept the van engine profile so it's a low-revving V8 if you use bettercarphysics.
Original author had the script set up to ask the tree how much health it has, then do exactly enough damage to knock down the tree, i went the simple route of "give tree 999999999999 dmg" and it's much faster.
