Sensible Primitive Interactions

Description
This mod makes some of the interactions and mechanics involving pre-FTL civilizations a little more sensible, in my opinion.

- Makes the Infiltrate Government pre-FTL espionage operation able to target Atomic Age primitives as well, not just Early Space Age primitives
- Increased primitive age progress gained via the Plant Advanced Knowledge espionage operation (for each of the 4 possible outcomes) from +5%/+10%/+12.5%/+15% -> +20%/+30%/+40%/+50%
- Increased trade value generated via commercial pacts with pre-FTL civilizations by +400%, shifting the base range from +1-5 TV -> +5-25 TV

Did you know I have made other mods as well? See the mod page for my personal compilation mod Feztis' Tweaks and Re-balancing that includes all changes I've made to the game, with links to the rest of the mods too.

@juhn and u could add a awareness moddifer that is -100% . or u could say F U and throw them back to the stone age

@juhn i dont mod paradox games that much "dont release any that is" but i think its a simple solution where u make a 3th option where u kick them back into early space age / atomic age

there is allready lines of code there u just need to figuer out how to do so
where they did lauch nukes and turn ther planet in tomb world and got 1 killed off or 2 stone age

just few tips i mean i could look into it but i have not yet much xp in stellaris modding / released stuff at all

@juhn the point is that they're no longer pre-FTLs, they've advanced past that stage... don't think I'm gonna try to make something like that happen

Mmmhh, there is an issue with primitives I've seen no one addressing with mods yet...

It's about the moment primitives go space age, you get a pop-up where they ask you to give them their solar system, and the only two options you get are either to give them the entire solar system (even the other planets you may have pops on!) or to annex them into your empire, regardless of whether you can actually house them or not.

That's a very annoying event imo... and it makes me wonder if it could be possible to modify the event so you can get them to be locked as early space age primitives, or something like that?

@smedina Is it working or not? If it is working there is no issue :)

thank you for this, it always bugs me that planting knowledge only give 10% advancement,
