Description
An armed confrontation between the CSAT and the AAF led to a stalemate. Both forces gather new units for a new attack. Make sure that the AAF attack does not have proper fire support.

In this mission, you join CSAT's Special Tactical Bomber Squadron - code name Vampire in a mission to penetrate enemy defenses with low altitude flight, targeting artillery systems prepared for renewed attacks.

The map will be divided into two halves controlled by the AAF and CSAT. Each time you cross the border into enemy territory, you will have limited time before your presence attracts attention of AAF fighters. In addition on some routes AAF will have SAM systems forcing you to plan your flight path accordingly.

In-game progress saving is available only in some selected moments. Instead, the system of respawning jets and the ability to return to base after being shot down is available (as long as you manage to land in CSAT controlled part of the island).
As an added eye candy your bomber will get custom paint scheme made by yours truly.
Please be aware that this mission is for more experienced pilots looking for a challenging flight.


NO MODS OR DLCS REQUIRED


Procedural generation is used in the mission to make it fresh and interesting on every playthrough.

Spawn positons of enemy MRLS and SAM systems as well as player's starting position in SP are subject to randomization.



COOP mode is available for up to 4 players.

Takes somewhere between 12 - 20 minutes to complete the mission.

As of now I have many things planned that are in some stages of completion and on their way to the workshop in due time. I have something like you describe in my "mission vault" but it need some work before publishing. so I can't say when but something like what you describe will probably come at some point.

You should make an urban combat focused, city clearing SP/COOP scenario. You know like heavy combat and capturing block by block with booby traps and snipers etc. That would be really cool

Within the setting, I'm thinking of something like tank battles, IFV supported offensives, using arty to defend locations, etc. Keep it up, bro

There are SPAA vehicles at Molos so... :|
I'm pretty sure that AMRAAMs have greater range that titans AAM so it's not like just being close to AA is enough and also if AA could take those Gryphons out no problem there would be no punishment for getting detected.

simply an amazing mission, my biggest problem is the lack of friendly AA, i got shot down after completing everything while trying to land at Molos. the gryphons came from Kavala trough the CSAT airspace...

Fanin I appreciate your suggestion but for now at least i'm gonna stick to single missions. I still have backlog of things I said I would make/publish so for now I have my hands full. :>

Also you are definitly not too "autistic" as you call it, to lern scripting/programing. Only people who don't try are truly barred from succeeding.

this idea would take multiple months to accomplish (I presume) and voice-acting would be recommended (for AWACS, EWR, ground-crew, ATC, wingmen and other similar stuff)

this mission would also be a very good one for a multiplayer campaign (the scripts to fast travel between maps would be annoying to do) but it'd take a long time to polish it up (pun intended ))))))))))) ) tho yeah

I wish you much luck if you're going to do such a massive campaign, I know I wouldn't be able as I'm too autistic to understand any scripting or programming language that isn't HolyC.

I was thinking, for a lenghtier mission (possibly Spetsnaz vs LDF or VVC vs LDF+NATO) where you'd be going back and forth, landing at an airfield (using another map for the T/O & landing to give the immersion of a greater map)
suggested maps:
-Bukovina for Russians (it's basically the same thing as the big airbase on Chernarus)
-Rosche, Germany for NATO
-Livonia for LDF (its based on their land, afterall; and NATO if wanted)

The idea for a separate landing map is mostly for the attacker (Russia in this case) to make it sightly more realistic, as one would need to take off from a safe place, then fly to the AO, do the objectives, fall back for rearmament then going back to do the remaining objectives and such. The defender (LDF in our example) would be pushed back from both Kaliningrad front and Belorussia front, making this one of the only airbases that LDF has left
