The Grey Knight Bazuso

In Solitude's Winking Skeever rests a knight of great fame. Once known as the Thirty-Man Slayer, also known as the Bear-Slaughterer, the Grey Knight Bazuso waits for someone with the balls to hire him so that he may return to his past notoriety.

This mod adds one voiced follower in Solitude, the Winking Skeever.

Bugs: Bazuso might not be voiced, if that's the case, save and quit. He should be voiced from then on. He might also use a bow. This is because Bethesda had the brilliant idea of giving every follower (modded or otherwise) one. It shouldn't be too big of a deal, just trade with him and remove it from his inventory. Unfortunately, it will respawn if you decide to rehire him later.
