[AGI] PCV 12 - Heracles

Description

Argonaut Industries had been the client of Black Oak Defence for over 25 years when the new board suddenly decided to up the insurance rates for stellar operations. Besides guarding more and more lucrative shipments and an ever-increasing fleet of goods, B.O.D. for some absolute incomprehensible reason also cited “increasingly hazardous decisions by the AGI board”.



The Argonaut Strategic Business Operations Division quickly calculated that finally branching out and establishing their own security division would be a more sustainable move.
The Heracles class short range gun ship was one of four pilot projects to assess the viability and investigate long-term costs.



The Heracles is a manoeuvrable, armed vessel that is operated by crews of four and will be assigned to dedicated patrol areas where either convoys or mining operations of AGI are commencing. The Heracles stays in the vicinity of their dedicated supply depot stations and returns frequently for crew rotations and refueling.

Background

This is a pure fan-project for Smokki’s wonderful AGI lore that I had sitting around my blueprint list for ages and now finally decided to upload. I tried to emulate his building style as much as possible but did not have much to go by, since he almost never publishes ships :-P
