Description
Adds the Duchy of Toussaint.

UA: A Fairy Tale Kingdom: When finishing a Farm improvement, have a chance to get either a Citrus, Wine or Wheat Ressource (depends on what is dominant on the map). Those ressources also yield +1 Culture.

UU: Knight Errants - Replaces the Knight. Much stronger and costier, but yields Golden Age Points from Kills.

UI: Vineyard - Cannot be build next to each other. +2 Culture and +2 Food as base yield and yields a +1 culture boost per adjacent farm or plantation.

I don't seem to be able to replace the vineyard with another improvement when new resources appear on the tile. Ex: aluminium appeared on a tile under a pre-existing vineyard and I can't replace it and build a mine to extract the resource. Is that a bug in the mod or am I just being dumb and not understanding something?

otherwise the mod works great and is a lot of fun, if not a little op ;)

A bit too op now that i've played a second time. Workers should be consumed when finishing a Vineyard.

That's it, my only suggestion.
Simple and would put more production and thinking behind building them from the user. As of now, automated workers nailed it and make everything op, culture everywhere... experienced player have no problem doing better than an automated worker.

This is the culture 'grail' i was waiting for. It's amazing. Keep on churning culture. No tourism needed until the very last minutes.

I technically got April Fooled by this, on account of thinking it was a historical inspiration for the fictional Witcher franchise country.
