Sacred Heart tweak [APRIL FOOLS MOD]

Description
Just a simple mod that removes the shot speed down from the Sacred Heart item and that's it

Hope you enjoyed April Fools, here is the rest of the mod's description:
- Sacred Heart now has a 69% chance to change into a fake Sacred Heart
- When the fake Sacred Heart is collected, your game will crash in one and a half seconds
