Description
This is a joke mod for April Fools, see this mod for official release that I was cooking for more than a year and a half:

Finally, communication, in a hat in time, all the epic gamers were hyped for this one while on their toilet seats.

To use this, simply press T on your keyboard to communicate with others, press Enter to submit your message to everyone in the lobby who has this mod, maybe its about to make friends in online party! Better than ever!

Requirements: Your sanity, your phone number, your IP address, your excitment of this mod and your college savings (coming soon).

This was also unironically a test mod for something big coming, flavored as a fake chat mod. Stay tuned when I finish this, I guess.
