Deep Space Gateway

Description
Let you build a specific deep space gateways and deep space relays in unclaimed systems. Great for a gate builders style players. They just cost more to build. AI weight for this is set to zero so AI empire should not build this, so its player only.

One know issue is to keep this from conflicting with other mods it doesn't effect the vanilla gateways. This means an AI empire might build a normal gate in a system with this.

This mod is compatible with Foreign Gateway Construction so they won't conflict. Should use Foreign Gateway Construction as well if you want to build gateways everywhere.

So this works fine with the current version of the game but be warned that you do not get the discount from the Galactic Doorstep gateway cost reduction with these gateways. That would require modifying core game files, and I've seen that complete break the discount with other mods.

I haven't played in a while but it should. Rather then modify existing Mega structures when I made this I just made new ones so not to conflict with other mods or the core game.
