The Dugong-class submarine, captured and rehabilitated by the Jovian Separatists, has been heavily modified for covert operations in the treacherous ocean of Europa, a moon of Jupiter. With a length of 39 meters and a width of 10 meters, the submarine has a maximum cargo capacity of 48 crates, making it an efficient transport vessel for supplies and weapons.

Equipped with advanced technology, the submarine is fitted with a fabricator, deconstructor, and medical station to ensure the survival of the crew and passengers during long missions. The submarine is also armed with 4 coilguns, giving it an offensive advantage during confrontations with enemy vessels.

Despite the extensive modifications, the crew of the submarine occasionally reports hearing a strange "mec mec" sound coming from within the submarine, causing concern and paranoia among some of the crew members. The source of this mysterious sound remains unknown.
