"A once thriving metropolis, now reduced to ruin by The Monsoon. A cloud-seeding project gone wrong, Project Cloudburst, or more commonly referred to as The Monsoon, completely flooded low-lying regions and cities. The thick rain clouds also obscured sunlight, leading to a sort of artificial winter in the years after the cataclysm. The Monsoon also caused a domino chain of ecological disasters in it's destructive wake.

This city was one of the hardest hit during the early stages of The Monsoon. Mandatory evacuation was put into effect, displacing hundreds of thousands, and clogging key highways and roads. Use of anti-flood equipment was authorized, but never arrived, stranded in 10 mile long congestion. With no residents or infrastructure, the city has fallen into ruin, particularly the construction sites and the famous park. Electricity however, remained active due to underground networks. "

Map is Unnamed Metropolis, but with flooding and some buildings destroyed. My first map also. All credits go to 2021 Toyota Camry, and I have permission to post this from them. I don't know how to add stuff to a map yet, so I just made changes to existing stuff. Also I know the fallen cranes are a bit buggy just like don't walk on them and you'll be ok. Not for low-end computers.

Stuff to do:
- Boat Around (boat not included)
- Explore Underwater
- Build A Base - On a roof or raft, or something else?
- Hot Air Balloon (mod on workshop, get spawnable version)
- Photo Mode
