Description: The Leopenoida are too aggressive for their own good. They're known for killing off LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE OTHER INTELLIGENT SPECIES IN THE GALAXY, before mysteriously disappearing from the galaxy, only to reappear in another one with only 1,000,000 lucky individuals out of the billions, on one singular planet, where the cycle repeats. Nobody knows how long they've been around or how many times the cycle has repeated itself. A bit ominous to think about. How many once-great space empires have fallen to these creatures?

Eventually, the Milky Way fell victim to the Leopenoida. But one day, an escape pod, sent down from a destroyed Leopenoida ship in an automated attempt to save its passengers, happened to land on Earth. The pod contained a Leopenoida, who died from the impact, and an egg, which did not.

Said egg was found by a human, who raised the odd yellow creature once it hatched, and decided to name it Carl. However, being raised by a human, Carl learned to speak English rather than his own language. Eventually, other Leopenoida visited Earth (probably planning to kill humanity) and to their surprise, found another Leopenoida already there. But they couldn't understand each other without the use of their translation tools! And so, Carl and the other Leopenoida taught each other the language they spoke, until both languages were widespread throughout the species.

But it doesn't stop there, for the Leopenoida's behavior changed after that encounter. No longer do they kill all intelligent life. They now live in peace with other species (for the most part), teaching them the Leopean ways (and sometimes, learning from the other species). Not only were behaviors spread, but so were languages... nowadays, the English language is the standard form of communication between species!

I suppose the Leopenoida's lore conflicts with that of the Oogieverse itself, as the Oogieverse is currently living in the year 3001, and humanity has been extinct for hundreds of years. Though I guess it isn't THAT far in the past, so we can say that all this stuff happened in the past.
