Since time immemorial, Mount Völkin had an explosive history. Ancient civilizations in the nearby regions had told many legendary myths about a deity known as Völkin; a god who, according to myth, had rose violently from the Earth's surface and erupted with such immense anger that he caused the world to shake with immense intensity and magnitude. For thousands of years, Mount Völkin had rained hell across the surrounding regions, destroying everything in its wake. As a result, this region, as well as the surrounding regions, had been left in desolation since the great eruption.

Now, Mount Völkin is in its dormancy, but for how long? How long until Völkin erupts from his slumber and cause a second great eruption? Time will only tell.
