Madness Slugcats

Description
Adds cosmetics based on various characters from Madness Combat. Requires the Dress My Slugcat mod.

Currently adds cosmetics for:
Deimos
Hank
Sanford
Christoff (Jebus)

Working on:
Doc/2BDamned
Tricky
Church
Jorge
Agent

Make sure to change the face color to white in order to make it show up correctly! Also, if you want to make the cosmetic colors look normal for any of the other slugcats besides survivor, change their head, face, body, arms, hips, legs, and tail colors to white in the DressMySlugcatMod menu.

@Samdwich You get the gun unlock for sandbox by beathing all of Arti's challenges if I remember correctly (excluding the Arti's other challenge at the bottom row)

Nano, the gun isn't from a mod, its in the game normally. You can spawn it in sandbox mode by beating the Artificer campaign i think, and summon it in any campaign using developer screen or whatever the mod is called, or you can use beastmaster. It's called the Joke Rifle!

@ChocoRamen I think that's an issue with the Dress My Slugcat mod. I've seen it happen before as well, and I believe it's something that they're trying to fix
