Blake Industries Propulsion Expanded Update

Harry Robinson Presents: an updated set of Blake's things that make your ship speedy, now with redundant parts removed and some rebalanced stats. The mod currently contains:
* 2 sizes of Paddlewheels, top and bottom, plus decorative paddlehubs.
* 3 lengths of Archimedes Screws, plus decorative cap.
* New external sail sizes, large, small and tiny, with visuals that match the vanilla external sail.
* An aerial oar.
* A mechanical eagle figurehead with several benefits.
* A new fin-shaped huge sail, top and bottom.
* An armoured sail.
* A single mast block with rigging.
* A side mounted engine pod, with less restrictions but more weight.
* A tough but slow auxiliary engine.
* A beautiful cherry tree in bloom.

Known bugs: The cherry tree has some weird visuals when damaged, square shapes appear in the leaves.
Future Plans:
* Update sails to have the same restrictions as vanilla sails.
* Finish rebalancing all parts to better fit with the vanilla ratios.
* Add vertical flipped variants rather than having seperate top and bottom parts, to reduce clutter.
* Add new parts/incorporate propulsion components from other abandoned mods.

I had to change the name because apostrophies and symbols in the mod name cause the mod to fail loading in current versions of the game, as well as add a z to the mod ID to make it load last or it wouldn't work, hopefully this causes no issues.
