Harristone Optimised version

This is a version of the Harristone racing circuit that has been stripped back, down to the essentials to give a smoother performance in multiplayer racing sessions. This version still has the essentials such as the lights and starting grid, podium, control tower and flags, but it causes the TPS to drop less, making for a better racing experience for those with multiplayer servers that can't handle the full version of the track.
