America - Abraham Lincoln

UA - Emancipation Proclamation - +3 Happiness per worked Manufactory. Receive a free Melee Unit after constructing Manufactories. The free Unit receives +6 Combat Strength.
UU - Union General - Faster than the Great General it replaces, the Union General starts with the Balloon Reconnaisance Promotion, and converts Roads it moves through into Railroad. (Does not need Technology prerequisite.)
UU - Monitor - Stronger and faster than the Ironclad it replaces, the Monitor can also make ranged attacks, making it a fearsome Unit for foes to contend with. It also requires Iron instead of Coal, making it easier to produce.
