The Avidan series hull was discovered to be very versatile and useful for many different applications; Lagrange is now putting resources into exploiting this feat with our brand new line: The Avidan-R is a new reconnaissance and survival model being exported to interested parties, but that is not the topic of this segment. The RM is a militarized version with the survival elements stripped out in place of a troop compartment with internal power storage and generation, so exiting the vehicle is never necessary unless dismounting or conducting maintenance on the exterior of the truck. Loading of the gatling gun on the turret can be done through a panel in the roof of the foyer, which leads directly into the internal magazine of the turret.

As for operations, the turret is controlled by the driver as to cut down on target response time and need for a second person as a crewmember on sorties; as we believe this is a more appealing path for our customers, we are working to pursue this avenue going forward.

There are 2 sets of lights - normal operation and hazardous warning - which are controllable from panels in the foyer or from the cockpit controls on the second page of the toolbar. These are designed to illuminate the directional signs and important equipment stations so that troops always know what's going on and where they should be going. There is a rear-facing ramp for troops to exit as well as side doors in case any exit is not operational or cannot be used.

It should be noted that since this is a stripped-down model, it does not have life support systems and as such is only fit for use on planets with a proper atmosphere. A hazardous-environment version is in the works, but development will take more time to conclude. The base model, however, will be released to the public shortly after some kinks have been ironed out - so in the mean time, please enjoy this!

This vehicle, like many Lagrange units, is built to be affordable with a current market value of 90,000 Space Credits.
