Baldwin 2-4-2 'Special'

Description
Ever play Chris Sawyer's Locomotion?

Then you'd recognise this 1890s starter loco for the US region. Stats are identical to the Locomotion version, even the sounds!

In the 1890s, Baldwin produced a few small 2-4-2 locomotives known as 'Columbian' types. The 2-4-2 arrangement was intended to create a smaller ride, and the evolutionary gap between the 4-4-0 and the 4-4-2.

Great addition, and seeing the screenshot from Locomotion was a kick!
