Story:
David Abram Stein - A young British doctor originally from Belgium. He wanted to devote his whole life to medicine, but the outbreak of the First World War suddenly changed all his plans. On April 22, 1915, during the Second Battle of Ypres, David was at the center of a German gas attack that disfigured his face beyond recognition. After this incident, David was suspended from service and lived in London for another 5 years, slowly losing his identity, until he committed suicide in 1920. David spent the last hour of his life alone with his own distorted consciousness and experiences, slowly dying internally...
