Description
Controls the temperature within the specified limits. Can be used to maintain the temperature in rooms, hydroponics, cool or heat gases and liquids to the desired level. Can transfer a large amount of heat energy, up to 1 MJ (1000 wall heaters/coolers)

Warning
The system only works if there is no atmosphere on the planet. If there is an atmosphere, then it is only possible to heat.

  14. 13 Kit (Wall) type - window(The type depends on the atmosphere of the planet(if have), check pressure/autoignition)

Important

The large extendable radiator must be positioned strictly as shown.
The performance depends on the planet, the environment and the strength of the sun's radiation.
If the atmosphere contains volatiles, manually pump them out of the radiator chamber. Otherwise, autoignition may occur.

Extending
If performance is not enough for you, just add additional elements.
Do not forget to isolate the radiators from the external environment.

Note
For temperature correction, a bi-directional load-compensated hysteresis is used.

This heat transfer control feature automatically controls the temperature supplied to your radiators. When the room is cold, the temperature supplied to the radiators will be high, but as the room warms up, less heat is needed and the temperature supplied to the radiators will decrease. This means that the room will reach the desired temperature in a shorter time than a simple on/off control. It also allows you to compensate for the load, if the temperature in the room rises or falls sharply, the heat pump begins to transfer heat more intensively, so the temperature will not go beyond the limits.

At high temperatures, the heat does not transfer, but simply disappears into nowhere.

The game code states that if the planet contains an atmosphere, then the radiator does not work as expected.

If you build a radiator on a planet with no atmosphere or in space, it will work.

So, on planets with an atmosphere, you can only heat.

Yes, the radiator is extended, and track 90 to the sun as expected when trying to radiate heat and the pressure is a 0, that is why I sealed myself inside the chamber with it to make sure it was sealing when trying to figure out why it is not working.

Okay, problem I am getting is setting it at say 21C it is stuck at both sides of the system at 60c. Enclosing myself in the room with the radiators, I see them at 0 heat radiation. I expanded to two radiators and additional heat exchangers and still the same result.

Maximum (effective) (no fairy magic) cooling around 183.15K (-90C). The heat transfer efficiency depends on the temperature difference.With a large temperature difference, it can transmit heat in the region of 1MJ. Yes, it equalizes the temperature between the two heat exchangers, but how else? If you want to store gas at a low temperature, set -90 and wait. The device is universal for cooling / heating, the main functionality is to maintain the temperature at the required value. If you want to cool 100 kmol of gas in 10 seconds, it will take hundreds of MJ (Which doesn't make much sense.)

Trying to use this on mars, but only seems to equalize to whatever line I am trying to cool.
