Description
Mk292 Vulcan adds a dual gattling turret with 50mm Flak rounds. This Turret is meant to be used as PDT but at short range you can also switch to offensive shell types to hurt enemy ships.

known thing: AI having problems to switch ammotypes propperly , if you give AI offensive ammo it use this ONLY as offensive weapon and dont use it as PDT

i added dependency to my mod 50mm ammo because this ammo is shared with my second mod that add guns for small mounts.

I play tested this weapon system just yesterday, using three at the same time. I had very little slow down, and after a few seconds the problem worked itself out and the game played like normal.

@RealFreeAbrams the game slows to a crawl due to lag created from the sheer number of simulated projectiles.

@piper.jamesd take Children of a Dead Earth as an example as to why high rof in space is not very feasible in video games.

@piper.jamesd The lag is literally the reason why vanilla PD in this game can't be used for anti ship roles.
