Ducks' Zombie Building Spawn Fix

Description
In Zomboid, zombies inside of buildings are only spawned if you're within a close radius of the building and have visible sight into the building. This means that you can be making as much noise as possible and not draw out any zombies from inside the building, which can be quite the annoyance if you're trying to clear out the bloc. This mod fixes this issue by making it so zombies inside of buildings are spawned in as soon as the building is loaded in.

This does not increase or decrease the amount of zombies in the world, but you may notice an increase of zombies due to the fact you're spawning in zombies from buildings the moment you load in the building. Building spawns are not affected by zombie respawns (as far as I'm aware, at least) so you don't have to worry about zombies respawning in them either.*

*There is one single caveat to this: If you haven't explored the roof of your base or a building it's possible that there's un-spawned zombies waiting there that will then be spawned in with this mod. Welcome to Zomboid.

There's a ported version of this mod to B42 on the workshop. Feel free to use that- from the looks of things it actually seems like all of the building spawning code might be the same (A shame!). I'll still have to dedicate time to confirm all this though and try to fix the reports on the spawning into zombies...

I'm not sure. I'd prefer to wait until B42 officially releases because the implementation of this mod could drastically change version to version. There were reports of zombies spawning in with you in spawn areas or zombies infinitely spawning- but I really just could not end up tracking down the exact causes. I'll have to dedicate some time reading the code again and trying to figure it all out, which is why I will (most likely) be waiting for the official B42 release.

Don't mean to be an ass, but I am wondering if you'll update this for B42? Even if the zombies like to spawn in your own house at the start because of the goofy spawning method, I wouldn't mind. It's insane how much of a difference this mod makes when playing in high population towns and I'd love to have it back.

So this was working great for me. I just made a new lumberjack in Rosewood with the conspicuous perk (notnsure if it's relevent). But now any time zombies spawn in a house, rhen keep respawning in front of my eyes over and over every time I kill a zombie and rush right for me.

I’ll update the mod sometime this week. I need to investigate some of the issues that were reported in B41 and see if I can do anything about them in B42.

Did some testing today: The old spawning mechanics are still in the unstable B42. You still need to have line of sight into a building and be close enough for it to finally spawn in zombies on the inside. Zombie distribution seems to have been overhauled, though, purely by going off of vibes. I'm going to hold off for a stable release before I decide to pop open the code though and read through.

A shame. Was really hoping they would address this issue. Maybe they'll address it in the stable release.

I’m not sure. I’m hoping they did fix it, or if they haven’t, that they’ll fix it for the stable release. I’ll test building spawn behavior sometime and report back when I do.
