This is the first time someone has mentioned this issue, so it would appear yes it does break the mission sadly.... as the mission requires the bugs to "Recapture" the post.

I am however working on a Re-Visit for this mission. *Like i have done for mission 1 which is released.*

But i will look into a fix for this Issue for both for this version and the Re-Visit I am currently working on.

@Finding Pudge - I left a unit at the radio post to defend, and they happened to fight back the bug assault so never lost the base. Is that trigger breaking the mission because I can't extract Sarah?

When you Rescue Sarah, Bugs should assault the radio post (the one you capture before going too her) Once you re-capture this, a drop ship should come down just next to the base(right side)
You then need to move her to the drop ship for it to "Extract" her and then the mission can continue.

I thought i had an auto-save around them point, Ill look into this and make sure there is :)

The only issue I can find is I rescue Sarah but when I get her back to base it wont let me "extract" her from the map only option is the "delete" option. Can someone let me know what I'm doing wrong?

Only issue. I rescued and extracted the officer woman. Then took the base it stated, defended it, then had to backtrack because i realized i didn't destroy the two bugholes on the way in. Then proceeded to the broken gate. Continued and got nuked by a random blast from plasma mortars. Requesting maybe an autosave after defending the base? It kind of killed my mood to play it when he got vaped. Love the map overall. And will finish another day.

THE BEER TAB DELETE... i laughed way to hard at that, nice - good balance of advance and defend, minor issue with the royal guard, it got stuck half in the wall, and the troops couldn't kill it, reloaded the last save and it didn't happen again so dunno, but over all really good map

There are 3 gates in this mission: I have used a spoiler cover here so people whom don't want to see it wont spoil anything for them.

First Base Gate: Main base Gate, This can be opened and closed by clicking on it and then clicking open/close there is no terminal for this gate

Second Gate (Just Past Base): This gate is just past main base going forward and will not open until you have recused Sarah Sanders whom is at the bottom right of the map, there is no Terminal for this gate

Third Gate (Middle of Map kinda): This only opens after you clear all hives, there is a terminal which gives dialog, but wont open the gate.

Well, I've been to all the terminals and the door terminal in front of the base doesn't open and it doesn't give me an option to open it.

I don't know if I have to go back to one of the terminals again.

Could you expand on what you mean? There are many terminals in this mission, Could you give some details of the one your on about?
