This is a version of the Pillux xenotype mod that does not require alpha genes. Due to me not understanding how to code this also does not allow them to explode on death.

The following genes are from alpha genes and are solely included in this mod make it a stand alone. this makes the mod incompatible with alpha genes. The following genes are present.

Cool mod, but I wish the oversized teeth genes didn't require the Pillux head gene, makes using those cosmetic genes in custom xenotypes really annoying.

@creatura.exe Ah, I accidentally changed the file directory but not where the image was located in the files. Temporarily go into textures>world>worldobjects and move playerpilluxsettlement into expanding. I will fix this shortly with an actual update!

been enjoying having pillux in my game!
had been working well so far, but I got this error today

@creatura.exe I'll look into this! I didn't have Ideology when i originally made this mod, but now I do. I'll see if I can get the error to pop, thanks for the comment!

oh woops, I also just realized I'm having the same issue with the non-standalone version of pillux too, so it may be more a problem with the core version

Testing it with no other mods, when trying to load the pillux scenarios a bug keeps popping up when selecting a site and the ideology menu toggles on,
The error string starts with:

"Root level exception in OnGUI(): System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
at RimWorld.Page_ChooseIdeoPreset+<>c.<PostOpen>b__25_0 (RimWorld.CultureDef x) [0x0000a] in <cd7169108ea74757aa50c5b33d275c15>:0 "

If i ignore the error and continue playing, when starting the game the pillux might not spawn at all :/

@Wanost77 You are so right! I have fixed it and on my end no errors popped. If you continue to have trouble don't hesitate to make another comment!
