Taurus Railship

Large for its class, the Taurus is a heavily armored ship built around a singular mass driver. The Main cannon spans the length of the craft and is supported by supplentary weapon systems in the form of Eight Rocket pods. The Ships Frontal armor and shields soak up damage while the main cannon releases a quick salvo of three shells followed by a short reload, after this the firerate will become a consistent barrage. The ships sensor and cannon range are extensive. It also possesses moderate turning for its size, however its travel speed is quite low. This coupled with no reverse thrusters means that the ship will have to be carefully distanced, and additionally will require a small escourt to protect it or a larger capital ship to distract the enemy.

P.S. crew, power, and material have all been specifically assigned for effieciency. However I do not know if the assigned priorities will transfer since I have been having issues with it doing so. You may Have to bind them yourselves or the ship will not run well at all. Good Luck and enjoy!
