Dynamic Towns Compatibility

Description
A compatibility patch for Dynamic Towns + Reform and Rule.

Requires Brave New World, Reform and Rule, and Dynamic Towns.

All policies work the same as in Reform and Rule, except for the following changes:
  • Tradition: Finisher -- gains the Suburbs ability from Dynamic Towns
  • Liberty: Finisher -- gains the Burgs ability from Dynamic Towns
  • Aesthetics: Flourishing of the Arts -- gains +2 Culture from Large Towns
  • Commerce: Opener -- loses Culture from Trading Posts, but gains +1 Culture from Markets, Banks, and Stock Exchanges
  • Commerce: Mercantilism -- gains +1 Gold from Towns, and +2 Gold from Large Towns
  • Exploration: Finisher -- gains the Villas ability from Dynamic Towns
  • Rationalism: Scientific Revolution -- gains +1 Science from Towns, and +2 Science from Large Towns

All credit for Reform and Rule goes to Machiavelli!
