Pills from Sleeping Pills (41)

Description
Allows player to create the other first aid pills from sleeping pills using a mortar and pestle. Allows player to make bourbon whiskey with sleeping pills, water, and an empty bottle (yum). New recipes in the Health tab.

should use the remaining pills in the pack, even if there is only 1 left.

The part with whiskey, is it gonna use all the pills? Or 1 unit? (Sleeping pills have 10 uses)
