SHQM HUD with pedals and regen

Description

Modified SHQM HUD to show pedals, regen, battery usage and battery state. Also it shows tire temps and tire wear on main screen.

@glenn,vanlerberghe you need to go to options in rf2 and choose SHQM_HUD_TIREP under Graphics section in Visuals row.
