Hanseatic City Confederation Faction

Description
A faction mod of edited and some new designs i had done in the past into one partially completed faction roster.
Just a note, I have no idea how much money the AI receives during a campaign and most of the ships are quite expensive so I suggest playing on a harder difficulty where the AI gets some economic buffs. I haven't done a lot of testing on it so if anything odd does happen please let me know.

Lore:

The Hanseatic League was once the foremost trading monopoly of the empire from its medieval formation to the collapse. Rich enough to buy rights to entire cities across the empire and powerful enough to seat emperors on the behalf the Plutocratic Landtag. The Hansa was uncontested until the Imperial reforms that led to the first Ausgleich crisis which some scholars suggest helped in the eventual collapse of the Empire as a whole.

After the collapse; the empire was fragmented and the Hanseatic cities isolated from one another. The sky in between full of pirates, brigands and other monstrosities new and old. The Hanseatic Fleet mostly made of trade ships where without the protection of the imperial navy and due to its weakness in combat had it's trade connections severed. The local nobility around the Hanseatic cities, which for a long time chaffed against the Hansa suddenly found its local rival without the authority and protection of the emperor leaving then easy prey for local ambitions.

It is in the time of turmoil that only one Hanseatic City remained, a confederation only in name.

Stats:

Firepower - Mostly Sponsons and cannons. Uses Air Charges for top attack and relies heavily on formation line battles to deal damage.

Propulsion - Coal Screw propellers usually two or three props to provide movement but the ships are quite heavy and large and thus slow.

Lift - A combination of coal fired Suspendium Boilers and Balloons provide lift. With most of the ships sitting at moderate altitude with only the larger capital ships or purpose built high altitude ships going higher. The fleet mostly floats at a low to medium altitude.

Armor - Metal hulled ships with steel armor protection only at vital parts of the ships relying mostly on the size of the vessel to grant it survivability. Tests where done with some ships carrying heavy steel armor but found that it sacrificed too much speed and altitude to be viable for the already slow and medium lift ships.

Defensive Buildings - Refurbished medieval fortifications which at low tier are not much different from how they where armed when they were built and later upgraded to truly formidable defensive positions sporting air charges and cannons.

(April 20)
Added engine pods and more ship and building guards.

Beautiful faction that you have made, though I have a question:

Tier four (4) seems to be a work in progress, is this true?? (looking forward to your ships if true)

really good faction, though they get torn apart by boarding factions/ flamethrowers.
