no gun equip cooldown

guns with long cooldowns cant be fired instantly when you equip them and that's sucks
thjis mod fixes that very badly by replacing /items/active/weapons/ranged/gun.lua
any mod that also replaces gun.lua will break this lol

this kinda sucks
i will not make it better
i will not make it compatible with mods that break it
i will not make it work with any modded weapons that this doesnt affect
i will never update this ever
