Radiation-Assisted Delivery System

Literally just a buffed cargo scooter that uses fuel rods instead of batteries. Cool, ey? Volatile fuel rods still give off radiation if you are using them.

Someone found a mistake with the scooter xml. The status effect for using a volatile fulgarium fuel rod has a comma instead of a period in the condition part. That throws a console error if you use a volatile fulgarium fuel rod in the scooter.

Would you mind if I changed some numbers for this and included your nuclear cargo scooter in my talent overhaul mod? I'd like to include the recipe for this in the cargo scooter talent for engineers.
