Foxex Admin Tools Mod [FATM]

Description
This mod adds a lot of new things for administration. This can be useful for testing maps and mods in one game, as well as for managing the server as a whole.
I UNDERSTAND that in Rocket Mod, OpenMod, Uscript, there are more useful plugins that will allow you to administer effectively, but there are some things in fashion that can complement each other and really help.
