Description

Adds a simple system for configuring the weapons players spawn with.

simple_spawn_loadout_on <0 or 1>

Whether the Simple Spawn Loadout addon should be active.

Server

simple_spawn_loadout_weapons <string>

A comma-separated list of entity names of weapons to give to a spawning player instead of the default weapons. Spaces after commas are ignored. The last weapon of the list is the one to be equipped. The list can be empty.

"gmod_camera, weapon_crowbar"

Server

simple_spawn_loadout_ammo_mode <0, 1, or 2>

0: No ammo is given. 1: The default initial amount of ammo is given. 2: The maximum amounts of primary and secondary ammo (gmod_maxammo or the weapon-specific ones) are given.

Note that this addon is not active by default. Use "simple_spawn_loadout_on 1" to activate it.

It's funny how such a simple mod like this can be one of the most useful on the workshop. No annoying loadout UI, just a simple command I can autorun every time I play the game. This is perfect for horror collections where you just want a flashlight swep or something.
