I didn't even notice this until now but this character also has 4 air options. Outside of combo.

I don't even need to go into a match to see how busted this is. half their moves are 5 frame, they have a constantly available 3 frame attack (that alone is enough for a character to be busted), and in the air they have both a 1 and 2 frame attack in their movement options, for whichever situation they'll need them in. Sure they have low range but getting in range while they're attacking is a cakewalk for this character, you just need a single bar and then you can use the 8 frame teleport to f with anyone who thought they could do any animation that takes more than 13 frames to finish
