Blue glowing eyes Metrocops [MODEL REPLACEMENT]

Description
A simple texture replacement for the Civil Protection officers.
As an extra it includes Elite and Eyes off skin that can be used by using the context menu
Ported straight from EZ2

Conflicts with any addon that replaces police.mdl. Why? This is a version that replaces the model to avoid any conflict with any other addon that replaces the textures

Yeah, these are similar but there a few minor differences. The most noticeable one is that the EZ2 version doesn't have a C17 logo on its back.

by the way this is also in entropy zero the first one the one that is ya know not a mod for hl2

I don't know if its because of Half-Life Resurgence or something, but after installing this and Resurgence, the Metrocop ragdoll's leg just goes through the head of the Metrocop
