Description
This is a recreation of the weird TV thing from SMG4 Movie: IT'S GOTTA BE PERFECT

You'll need TF2 installed to have the TV itself.

Also, you might need to spawn the dupe multiple times to actually get the eyes at the right place

You can use the Paint Tool to get the eyes and the mouth.
