Description

Basically an all in one version of all my Chaos dwarfs mods. This mod will be constantly updated as I will continue to work on the faction. At the moment it contains my Zhatan, Hobgoblins, taurruk reskin mods and no stars on chaos dwarf units mods.

Important notes : I wasn't able to optimize everything as much as I'd have wanted to, so expect some fps drops with the units that have been changed


LIST OF ALL THE CHANGES :

Faction color changes : Astragoth and Drazhoath are now swapped, with astra being red and black, and drazh black and red

Bull centaurs :
-Helmets have been added to fit more with the old figs. Bigger hats for an important social hierarchy rank.
-Same for regiment of renown unit and heroes.

Chaos dwarf warriors/blunderbusses :
-Motif pattern on their clothes area changed a bit to add more color
-Proper faction color for the cuirass. New assets twink like more colors, more emblems variants on shields.
-Same for regiment of renown.
-Granite Guard has a reskin, with immortal assets to show what they are, no more slaves pickaxes but infernal guard double hands weapons. New unit card as well.

Infernal ironsworn :
-Full edit of their skin to makes them look like a proper immortal unit with a few different variants for their helmets, and new shields, reflecting their high status in the chaos dwarf society. New unit card as well.
The immortals are now replacing the ironsworn for Zhatan and Astragoth only, Drazhoath will keep the proper infernal ironsworn old look (to keep the outcast lore of the Infernal Ironsworn of Black Fortress).

Hobgbolins (infantry and cavalry) :
-proper resize of basically every hobgoblins to make them looks like real tall hobgoblins because that's what they are supposed (almost as tall as a man).
-New shields variants like old times.
-An entire reskin of the cavalry and the RoR variant

Artillery :
-Basically my artillery reskin, every artillery crewmates are edited to looks like sorcerers because artillery is supposed to be guided by proper sorcerers or apprentice sorcerers and not outcast or random dwarfs.

Lamassu:
-Add more contrast to the wings and eyes.
-Add a new variant as well.

Taurus/Bale Taurus:
-New intense flame on the eyes like every official art depiction, same for their unit cards.
-Add more faction colors when they are lords/heroes mounts.

Orc labourers:
-Skin change of their weapons. Granit Guard (Blunderbuss RoR) used slave weapons and this was a shame. They took back their slaves pickaxes with some news assets like slaves runes.

Lords/heroes (generic) :
-The overseer now has two new helmet variants, a new sword for 2 of the 5 variants and new hair and beard color
-Castellan has new head variant with variety in their beard and hair color, and even one with a full infernal guard helmet - sorcerer and prophet now have on new unique variant based on the artillery ones

Legendary :
-Gorduz is resized -
-Zhatan now has black hair and beard, and most importantly, his tabletop banners
-Drazhoath now has a black armor rather than red to be more closer to his Tamurkhan's book appearance. Like his faction color, black because no great colours for outcasts.



For an even lore friendlier chaos dwarfs experience, I'd suggest that you use it alongside Malkox excellent chaos corruption mod:

And the mod we made in collaboration with Malkox for a new chaos dwarf unit, the Infernal Flamer, Infernal Ironsworn with flame canon like quote in Tamurkhan's book:

Yup I have the same issue with the immortals and infernal guard. Helmets have issues.

Guys , please take a look at hte latest comment from OHM. Infernal guard units look like a Chaos Spawn

@NuggetTheSquirrelLord What is your problem exactly ? Because if you have Astragoth in Red and Drazoath in Black, it's intended with the mod. Astragoth is the main "leader" of the Dawi Zharr, so the basic red of chaos dwarf should be his privilege. In the other hand, Drazo is a paria, outcasted of Zharr Naggrund in the march of the empire, that's why he is specialized in infernal guards, and wear black in Tamurkhan's book.

Yes, for Infernal Guard as well, I guess its the same model. I went to Da modding Den discord and Calm said:
These are wsmodel issues.
In first pic, looks like a weighted4/ weighted2 material mixup.
Solution is to generate new wsmodels for those models. Can be done in asset editor.
