Cosmic Shambler

Description
Adds the cosmic enemy tag to the shambler.

DD2 already established the shambler being a enemy worthy of the cosmic tag and honestly it makes lot of sense considering it has reality warping and maybe even some time warping abilities when it's able to come back again and again. Could also be that there's multiple. Also I know you may ask if the shuffling horror is included and no. From my understanding the eldritch plague took away it's powers and made it more like a vassal which is why it's unable to use reality warping abilities and is stuck serving the heart. That's also why he's no more a cosmic just as the heart's servants aren't.

So apparently cosmic is just a replacement for eldritch in DD2. I will still keep this mod up anyways if for some reason people want it.
